DESCRIPTION:The WWII USS Scorpion SS-278 memorial in Yankton\, SD will be the site of the memorial service of the United States Submarine Veterans (USSVI) and the U.S. Submarine Veterans of WWII.  This event will take place Saturday\, May 15th\, Armed Forces Day at 11 am at the memorial with a special service for the Scorpion crew and all submariners lost at sea. The ceremony is open to all and the public is encouraged to attend.
