Program emphasis is on review and practice of the foundational shooting steps while adding elements of excitement. Skills taught in this program are proper shooting form\, body awareness\, body control\, and equipment maintenance. These skills can translate to 3D archery\, field archery\, and target archery. This program is designed to advance arches to their next level of ability. All equipment is provided.
