It is estimated that 85% of people in the United States alone will know someone who has died by suicide\, and that one out of every five of those losses will be a close friend or relative.\n\nPlease join us for the 6th Annual - Step Forward to Prevent Suicide Walk on\n\nSaturday\, August 6th\, 2022\n\nRiverside Park\, Yankton Meridian Bridge\n\n8:15am - Registration Begins\n\n9:00am - Remembrance Ceremony & Honorary Speaker\n\n1.5 mile walk will begin immediately following Ceremony\n\nHosted by - Bridging Yankton\, Helpline Center\, & United Way of Greater Yankton\n\nThe Step Forward to Prevent Suicide Walk is a 1.5 mile walk and remembrance ceremony.
