Client Care Representative

Lewis and Clark Veterinary Clinic is looking to add a full time Client Care Representative to their team.
This individual needs to be highly skilled in customer service and be able to perform multiple tasks
simultaneously . Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments,
checking in/out patients, utilizing practice management software and processing payments. Individual
will also be required to have a knowledge of (or willingness to learn) veterinary products, procedures,
and services. If there is interest, this position could include veterinary assistant duties. A minimum of a
2-year business or animal related degree is a requirement for application. Pay is dependent on
