Youth and Family Counselor

Provides home-based counseling services for youth and their families including assessment of family needs, individual and family therapy, case management services, group therapy, crisis intervention, parent training, networking with community resources and other duties as assigned. This position does require travel and some evening hours. This is a great opportunity to work as a member of a multidisciplinary collaborative team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers and substance use treatment specialists.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Position requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in human services with two years of experience.
