IT Helpdesk Specialist
This full-time position will provide overall technology support to staff, faculty and students for the IT Department including managing issue tracking, providing support on issue resolution, tracking inventory of computers, laptops and other hardware devices; maintaining classroom technology and video conferencing systems; and administering basic on premises telephone system. 
 
Applicants for this position should have technical and customer service skills. This position requires Associates or Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
