Position: Office Manager
Hours: Full-Time / Permanent (40 hours/week)
Wage: $14-$16/ Hour DOE
Description: The Office Manager position will require someone with a positive can-do attitude and experience in managing multiple projects at once while staying organized. Position is for a non-profit organization that needs this position to be a team player and a friendly and helpful face for visitors and members.
Ideal candidate for this position will be able to:
· Conduct Bookkeeping
· File and Organize Documents
· Create and Send Thank You Letters
· Support Staff and Work in a Team Setting
· Manage Membership Program
· Plan and Manage Member Events
· Volunteer Support/Coordination
· Receptionist
· Manage Gift Shop Sales
· Multitask
Applicant must be able to:
· Have working knowledge of word, excel, publisher, and power point
· Have working knowledge of Quickbooks
· Organize well and able to find things quickly
· Manage multiple projects at a time
· Work as a team with other staff
· Work at least 35 to 45 hours per week
· Work at least 1 weekend per month
