"German Heritage History in South Dakota" by Nathan Bates, USD
Chances are, you have German ancestry - as South Dakota has the 3rd highest percentage of German Americans in the US. Associate Professor Nathan Bates avidly researches the history of German heritage in the state and will teach us how this has shaped SD. Feed Your Minds are held on the first Friday of each month, and there is a free-will donation to attend. The one-hour event will be held on the second floor of the Mead Building, 82 Mickelson Dr in Yankton, SD. [this was rescheduled from March cancellation due to poor weather]
