March to the Meridian Parade

Description

The March to the Meridian Parade, hosted annually by Yankton High School, features a number of marching bands from the surrounding area that participate in the parade event and competition.  Bands will march across the Meridian Bridge and exit directly onto Walnut Street as the parade travels north to 3rd Street and then turns east through the downtown area.  The street closures include police enforced “No Parking” and towing with police assistance.  The street closures would be in effect from Saturday, October 10, at 7:00 AM until approximately Noon.
