Estate Planning 101

Description

The Yankton Community Library is hosting Estate Planning 101 with Ross Den Herder of Den Herder, Hovden & Barrett Attorneys of Yankton, on Monday, November 30, at 6 PM. Attendees will learn the fundamentals of joint tenancy, transfer on death provisions, powers of attorney, medical directives/living wills, wills, trusts, and charitable gifts.
