Description
The Yankton Community Library is hosting Estate Planning 101 with Ross Den Herder of Den Herder Law Firm of Yankton, on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 6:30 pm. Attendees will learn the fundamentals of joint tenancy, transfer on death provisions, powers of attorney, medical directives/living wills, wills, revocable trusts, and charitable gifts.
