Description
Do you have German ancestry? The chances are high are you do! South Dakota has the third highest percentage of German Americans in the United States, with 33% of its citizens being from German descent. USD Associate Professor Nathan Bates has been teaching German since 2007 and avidly researches the history of German heritage in South Dakota. In this program, you will learn more about how German heritage has shaped our state.
