Description
Want to learn basic tips & tricks to start your canning quest? Rob will demonstrate canning using traditional methods on Sunday, November 12 at 2 PM at the Mead Museum. You will learn the history of canning, the canning process & which foods are best for canning. Registration cost is $10 for Non-members & $5 for Members. All supplies will be provided. Contact Rob by calling 605-665-3898 or by email at programs@meadbuilding.org to register. Registration deadline is November 9. Minimum class size: 5. Maximum class size: 15.
