Fans, Folks and Neighbors! We need your help. In 2020, we closed our venue and cancelled all future events. Yes that was a crazy year for many venues, but we had an extra contributor to our closure.
This was the beginning of an escalation of problems involving a Yankton County Commissioner and his friend's pursuit against our business, home and family.
January 18th, we are appearing for the second time to get our farm rezoned to Agriculture so that we can resume public events and agri-tourism without the dagger of a subjective verbal approval of an elected official hanging over us.
In the last meeting the commissioner lectured us on what is in the public interest over our interest in building a unique venue bringing original artists and regional craft brews to Yankton.

We are calling all of our Yankton fans, friends and neighbors, come to the County Commissioner meeting on January 18th and voice your support for our rezone to Ag.
We hope you all agree that our passionate investment into agritourism and the efforts to bring live original artists from local to international to Yankton is a valuable contribution to our community!
With this rezone of our family farm venue can safely reopen in Yankton and we can resume building a absolutely unique farm venue for Yankton.
