Yoga In The Park with Alice Miller

We'll meet at the same place (the grassy area by the capitol building at S. Douglas Ave. and Levee St. on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm-7:30pm

It'll be my intention to make the classes accessible for most levels, with the hope that beginners as well as those who have prior experience will feel supported. Expect to move slowly and mindfully through a series of seated and standing poses linking breath and movement.

Here's what you'll need:
A yoga mat, blanket, or a towel to practice on and comfortable clothing so you can bend easily. We will be spending a little time on our knees, so a blanket for padding is helpful but not necessary.

In the case of inclement weather, I'll cancel class and we'll meet the next week. For now, I'll be making an event for each week until I think of a better idea (suggestions will be welcomed around this).

And last but not least, I will be offering this as a free-will donation based class. Pay what feels comfortable to you. I leave this open to choice on purpose. There really is no right or wrong amount and It's my hopes that all will feel welcome.
