We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant / Tax Professional in Training to join our team year-round. This role starts with administrative responsibilities and progresses into tax preparation and client service as you complete training.

- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
- Organize and maintain client files (physical and digital)
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Learn tax preparation processes and software
- Prepare basic tax returns as training progresses
- Support the team with general office operations and client follow-up
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Willingness to learn and grow into a tax professional role
- Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented
- Experience in an office, customer service, or administrative role
- Interest in accounting, finance, or tax preparation
