Truxedo, a Truck Hero company, is currently hiring a Night Shift Maintenance Technician for our rapidly growing operations in Yankton, South Dakota. We welcome new employees who seek to grow their careers and be part of our Truxedo exciting future! This is a non-exempt, 40 hours a week position and will report to the Maintenance Supervisor. Overtime will be required when needed. The night shift supervisor oversees, coordinates and leads activities of production workers to ensure delivery on required due dates by performing the essential duties and responsibilities. Follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Requirements: Responsible for general equipment maintenance, including sewing machines, manufacturing equipment, PLC. Follows and executes preventative maintenance program on all production machines. Sets up and operates welding equipment when necessary. Troubleshoots production machines. Initiates purchase order for parts and machines. Assists in the development, improvement and modification of equipment to better accommodate production needs. Performs other duties as assigned.
