Missouri National Recreational River
This is a 6-month Seasonal National Park Service, entry level position, based at NPS -Missouri National Recreational River headquarters in Yankton, SD. The position will work with the Park Superintendent, Park Staff, and Tribes to design and implement National Park Service field projects. The position will conduct Site Inventory and Analysis of various park sites. The position will draw and develop Site Plans for River Access Areas, Campgrounds, Trailhead Areas and Resource Improvement Projects. Position will be expected to develop quick on-site sketches of park improvements. Park Unit sites include remote islands and backcountry type areas. Position will work with Tribes on Tribal Projects including Tribal Gardens and River Access Areas.
Anticipated Start Date: April 5, 2026
Pay: $26.85 per hour
