Availability Monday-Friday 5AM-7PM
Part time would be approximately 20-25 hours a week.
Full time would be 40 hours a week.
Pay starts at $17/hour, will need to obtain your CDL license. We provide in house training to obtain the CDL.
Bus Drivers actively participate in safe driving techniques and customer service skills. You will maintain buses and vans by conducting a thorough pre-trip inspection when using the vehicle. The bus driver will assist all passengers with their transportation needs, this does require bending, lifting, and bracing. Yankton Transit will train in the collection of a Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement as well as safety procedures when operating the vehicle. This job may work in Yankton or Vermillion depending on the need.
