Elkhorn Valley Bank Welcomes Chris Fathke as Senior Vice President, Lending in Yankton
YANKTON, SD — [July 17, 2025] — Elkhorn Valley Bank is proud to announce the addition of Chris Fathke as Senior Vice President, Lending at its Yankton branch. Fathke brings nearly 19 years of experience in the banking industry, with a strong background in agricultural and commercial lending.
Originally from Avon, South Dakota, Fathke has spent his career supporting rural businesses, producers, and community growth. He holds a Business Administration and Finance degree from Southeast Technical College and has served in a variety of banking leadership roles throughout the region.

Outside of work, Fathke enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Nikki and their three children. He also dedicates time to community service as a youth sports referee, church treasurer, and former City Ambassador responsible for local sponsorships.
