Northtown Chevrolet Buick GMC is growing! We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team.
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service and repair operations running efficiently. You’ll work closely with technicians, service advisors, and customers to identify and source the correct parts, provide accurate pricing and availability, and ensure parts are delivered when needed.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping customers and supporting a strong team. Automotive parts experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Compensation & Benefits:
· $40,000 – $50,000+ per year (DOE & performance)
· Performance-based pay plan (no cap on earnings)

What You’ll Do:
· Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with their parts needs
· Work closely with technicians and service advisors to identify and source the correct parts
· Look up parts accurately using manufacturer systems and electronic catalogs
· Check availability, pricing, and delivery times and communicate information clearly
· Order parts from manufacturers and outside vendors as needed
· Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts
· Help maintain accurate parts inventory and minimize returns and obsolescence
· Build strong relationships with customers, technicians, vendors, and the service department
· Follow up on backordered or delayed parts to keep repairs moving
· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous automotive parts experience preferred, but we will train the right person
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Automotive knowledge and the ability to identify vehicle parts and applications
· Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
· Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable using computers and electronic parts catalogs
· Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
· Driven to provide great service and maximize your income through performance
