Northtown Chevrolet Buick GMC Ford is growing! We are seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisors to join our winning teams, both the Chevrolet location and the Ford location! Are you passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service? In this Automotive Service Advisor role, you will serve as the vital link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for every client. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and customer communication will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Compensation & Benefits:
· $65,000 – $90,000+ per year (DOE & performance)
· Performance-based pay plan (no cap on earnings)

What You’ll Do:
· Greet customers and provide a professional, transparent service experience
· Write repair orders and communicate vehicle concerns clearly
· Recommend services based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines
· Provide accurate estimates and timelines
· Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process
· Work closely with technicians and parts department to ensure efficiency
· Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

· Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive or similar role)
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
