First Dakota is hiring a Wire Transfer Processor to join our Yankton team. Primarily responsible for processing incoming and outgoing wire transfers and ACH files with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy standards. Supports operational tasks related to Cash Management, Digital Banking, and Deposit Services for both Business and Retail customers. Provides exceptional service to internal and external clients while maintaining strict confidentiality and security protocols. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train. Full-time hours include Monday-Friday 8-5. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Prepare and enter incoming and outgoing wire transfers
Provide support to users taking wire requests from customers Review all incoming and outgoing international wires Pull reports Process incoming and outgoing ACH files Work within Deposit, Cash Management and Digital Banking guidelines to reduce risk and ensure compliance Actively utilize and understand technology and devices related to Digital Banking services Assist with review, monitoring and mitigation of risks to minimize losses Understand and operate within regulatory requirements related to ACH, wire or other deposit and payment services Complete monthly reconciliations Assist with special projects as needed Provide back up to Deposit Operations staff when needed Other duties as assigned FIRST DAKOTA offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, Life, Short and Long Term Disability, PTO, Career Apparel and 401(k).
