Meditation Group

Transform your well-being at the library by unlocking the power of mindfulness and meditation. By incorporating these practices into your routine, you can better manage stress, improve your sleep, and cultivate a sense of balance and connection. That's why the Yankton Community Library is partnering with Jim Pearson, of the Yankton Area Meditation Group, to provide meditation classes on Thursday, April 18, and Thursday, May 16, at 6:30 pm in the Yankton Community Library Research Room. Take charge of your health and join us for a transformative experience!
 
Meditation is for everyone. From beginners to advanced, all are welcome to participate! Pearson will guide the class through exercises to relax your body and quiet your mind. There will be time for a question and answer session at the end of the class. This group is open to the public for individuals 18 and older. No registration or prior attendance is required. If you need additional accommodation to participate in this event, please contact the library.
