The Wire Transfer Processor process incoming and outgoing ACH files and wire transfers. Complete operational duties related to Cash Management and Digital Banking products and services for Business and Retail customers. Assist with ordering, receiving, distributing and balancing of office supply inventory. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train. This position is located in Yankton, SD. Full-time hours include Monday-Friday 8-5.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Prepare and enter incoming and outgoing wire transfers and provide support
• Create wire funds transfer agreements 
• Review all incoming and outgoing international wires and serve as backup
• Scan and index all wire and ACH documents
• Pull reports 
• Process incoming and outgoing ACH files
• Work within deposit, cash management and Digital Banking guidelines to reduce risk and ensure compliance
• Actively utilize and understand technology and devices related to Digital Banking services
• Assist with review, monitoring and mitigation of risks to minimize losses 
• Understand and operate within regulatory requirements related to ACH, wire or other Cash Management services
• Assist in purchasing, receiving and preparing of supplies for distribution to branches
• Maintain accurate physical and system-based inventory of supplies
• Maintain a good working relationship with vendors (coordinate deliveries, understand efficient methods for ordering and tracking, etc.)
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
